The Kidney Foundation of Canada is a collaborative, inventive and focused leader in the development of programs, services, research opportunities and awareness campaigns that have had a positive impact on the millions of Canadians living with, or at risk of developing kidney disease.

The Foundation was in need of a new online presence that would raise awareness, communicate their passion for the cause and ultimately help them connect with donors in support of their mission.

The Kidney Foundation chose raisin to develop a new website that would support their mission to have a positive impact on the millions of Canadians living with, or at risk of developing kidney disease.

We designed The Kidney Foundation of Canada a website that is a centralized online presence with regional representation that celebrates their new brand, drives engagement and highlights the important work of the Kidney Foundation.

Designing and developing the BeThere.org website was an opportunity to create a truly ground-breaking online resource that would support young people and their struggles with mental health.

raisin’s partnership with jack.org helped build an engaging site that informs and encourages young people to talk about their mental health, and get the support they deserve online in BeThere.org.

Vastly successful, the new site has been visited by hundreds of thousands of visitors, and has been featured in a partnership with Lady Gaga’s Born This Way Foundation. BeThere.org has also received tremendous accolades and was awarded two prestigious Webby Awards, and a W3 Award.

Hot Docs is a national charitable organization dedicated to celebrating the art of documentary and facilitating opportunities for documentary filmmakers. The organization runs the largest documentary festival in North America, annually showing approximately 200 documentaries from around the world.

Hot Docs needed a website and mobile experience as engaging as the artistic work they showcase.

raisin was selected by Hot Docs to support North America’s largest documentary film festival and to develop a user-centric experience with integrated ticketing for documentary film lovers year-round.

Our solution was an upgraded user-centric experience supported by a powerful ticketing system that would allow film lovers to easily discover ongoing shows and events throughout the year.
